It is always nice to learn the different ways to distinguish the real from the fake.<br />(mrmopar)john roupehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12837847817665825902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5896101085985164789.post-60548851805061619112014-05-20T02:12:24.715-07:002014-05-20T02:12:24.715-07:00Thanks for the feedback. I was hoping to get further towards a description of changes that can occur but the information was too diverse to summarize much at all, much more than the few points included. The "Tea Addicts Journal" blog raised a related good point that if you've never tasted aged tea that you like then it would be difficult to buy tea that should age into one you like; the whole process would remain guesswork, and for a very long time at that.John Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00485492978163517529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5896101085985164789.post-14979790817068850362014-05-16T09:36:09.004-07:002014-05-16T09:36:09.004-07:00Wow! I think in many cases aging is overemphasized. To get good aged tea, you have to start with good young tea. We are barreling towards another pricing bubble because people who don't know much about puerh are buying up maocha and pushing the prices upwards.
