I'd tend to use a variation of adding a bit of tea and stretching that to 3 infusions, maybe 3 1/2 grams, and something like a 2, 3, and 4 minute cycle, not that I ever watch time and quantity like that. Brewing charts often recommend using water closer to 85 or 90 C; that gets to be a long story. Trying the tea made different ways helps pin down personal preference.

Oolongs work out slightly better Gongfu style; it would be kind of a shame for better OB. Then again the type is forgiving, so at least it would work.John Bhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00485492978163517529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5896101085985164789.post-62737997809970395162020-01-08T18:56:41.971-08:002020-01-08T18:56:41.971-08:00Would you brew this tea western style ?

Anyone could love this oriental beauty for the flavors but I'm not sure if everyone would appreciate the interesting feel to it, the slight dryness. Kids pick up on more than we tend to give them credit for though; he might.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5896101085985164789.post-32304903490004438602015-10-17T19:07:19.358-07:002015-10-17T19:07:19.358-07:00Hi John, the grand-son enjoyed this article and no...Hi John, the grand-son enjoyed this article and now it may be time for him to sample the Oriental Beauty as well.
john roupehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12837847817665825902noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5896101085985164789.post-24314612001493664242015-10-10T06:52:19.899-07:002015-10-10T06:52:19.899-07:00Great information and good review of this tea, I a...Great information and good review of this tea, I am now really looking forward to trying it myself.H.Gerberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02798527787123656921noreply@blogger.com
