I would tend to never use grandpa sty...Interesting! I would tend to never use grandpa style brewing with the highest quality examples of teas, but then anything like that would vary by preference. What different people mean by high or low quality tea would vary, of course. I guess low quality teas would not handle it as well, but who wants low quality tea?
